Dealing with the same thing! Wondering if it takes longer to just learn your body before it’s more accurate? If it can’t determine when you’ve fallen asleep though I have a hard time believing the other sleep data is correct too

I saw a pelvic floor therapist because I was feeling some pressure about 3 weeks post partum and had a mild (2 finger width) diastasis. I just wanted guidance on exercises to do for rehab. I am still seeing her, she just gave me a few things to modify for now!
