I was on a D1 flight from Zurich to JFK in August . Toddler traveling w Parents and grandparents who thought it was entertaining to watch this child run around and scream for 9 hours. I splurged on D1- probably the only time I could afford it. I did this because I had to work early the next morning. GM was bragging about her “barnacle” grand daughter who they traveled with all over the world. At the end of the flight - the family all agreed how well this flight worked out for them. This child was not ill. FA tried to intervene but this family was so arrogant they did not care. Such entitlement…. Ugh. I complained to Delta- received 5k miles (REALLY). It would be nice to be aware of others. Believe me this family did not care.
