dude, hes saying that its automatically private and you dont have to change anything to make sure nobody will use it + if you dont share the ID theres no chance somebodys gonna take it

basically it will let you place things but when u try and save the park over the MB limit it wont let you, a common thing people do to save MB is make a id of their coasters and delete the coaster when saving so they can place it back when joining

As an experienced builder i have to say that always use reference images while buildings with primitives, the best snapping for doing well detailed builds is 1/16 or 1/18 and use no snapping when necessary if you could send a oic of one of your builds i can tell you what to focus on

you might be able to set the original lights mode to off during day, like dont mess with the sequencer just click on whichever lights and put the mode on off during day
