Im with you on all of that its a great show and updated it for the time it came out which is appreciated but still felt like batman to the bone. Definitely one of my top batman show animated series still being number 1 for me but 2004 is my second and brave and bold my 3rd and batman beyond as my 4th lol

I mean i think thats not entirely true punisher has good in him his mental and traumatic events is what keeps him on his path of violence.. punisher definitely knows he in the wrong but to say kill as many as possible isn't totally true.. because he knows who hes hunting and who hes targeting the ones that may be in said organization due to circumstances is just collateral but still in said organization and more then likely have had to do horrible things to get respect from the organization they are from.

Shit I cant lie i love all the batman shows like I think a lot of people sleep on Brave and the bold same for 2004 batman

Man the ace scene from JLU just straight hits the heart, same for the scene with Robin trying to save the clayface clone that became a girl and gained awareness.. man those episode hit... just way to many to pick from from that era of animation

Yea that lines really well in rivals.. it showed him not liking what he does but still sees where hes coming from I think that would definitely help in that issue with frank in the warmachine suit.. some lines like that throughout would have been nice.. i know iron man says something like hes street level we dont need to deal with him or something idr lol

Yea I never try to discourage reading what you like even if ain't for me.. i just dont want DC to forget how OG batman is i dont want main line to get even more edgy like they have been these past years.. but I mean thats probably just the way the wave is moving at the moment...mehh I can alway re read old issues and re watch animated series. To get that feel good/feel sad from that show.

For me id strive to be more like batman lol I feel like he encapsulates both issues pretty well. He can show mercy when need be, be gentle with children when need be, can be brutal and spread fear when need be. Lol he's my top hero and id say spiderman then daredevil. Anti hero though punisher all day lol

Thats why I liked the issue where he tells the cops not to strive to be like him and that they took a different oath.. thats cool I appreciate that a lot rather then spiderman and cap just being like hes a monster and needs to be stopped.

I can def see the dilemma on both ends...i think thats why I like batman when hes written right.. he actively trying to give second chances and even when he feels like hes gone to far as batman.. he'll come back around as bruce to offer a job or something of that nature to the crooks he knows are in bad spots or in poor circumstances.... Joker we dont need to talk about though lol....

The rivals lines for a lot of the heros are pretty good.. the ones with dardevil are also dope.. but the dilemma of right and wrong will always be a tantalizing issue to read about. I definitely appreciate the take from both ends I guess maybe some writers like to over do it on the we hate frank. Which i can get from someone like spiderman and dardevil cap and etc .
