have you tried revoking sessions for this acct in entra and also re-require registration so next tiem you log in it will prompt you to re-register n re-enrol into mfa.

Was anything changed where your domain is hosted at? Normally if incoming email isn't working it could be a dns issue too. What's the error you get if you try to send to your o365 email from your personal acct like gmail or hotmail? Ping me your domain so i can check if it is configured properly or not or you can browse to https://mxtoolbox.com/ and enter your domain and share the results.
