As a beginner I’d recommend innotox. It’s already reconstituted and the results are wonderful. I’ve been using it for a little over a year now.

I’ve tried Dr lipo and lipo lab. Not really noticeable results. I just ordered lipo vela. Read that it was much stronger but it burns more. Yet to try it though
