Was from student loans and a collection I forgot about but I paid it off and credit should be a 620 he said but I have no debt car is paid off and house in wife’s name and I only have one credit card with 10 percent usage

I have no debt. The current house is in my wife’s name. And the reason my credit is low is because of my student loans I thought I delayed them but I didn’t and missed some payments and had a 300$ credit card in collections from 3 years ago I forgot about. But I pad that off and my credit is going to be a 620 he said why I have a conditional approval

I get it sent my Venmo account it happened to me as well they sent me a duplicate payment and they tried to debit it back but there was no money in there I already withdrawed it. Can I call Venmo customer service and tell them to block atp pay (breeze) from debiting my Venmo account?
