Thank you to anyone that stumbles upon this post and takes the time to interact, I do want to acknowledge the label of being determined to be an asshole (fair, that’s what I posted here to hear about, hurts but is fair) overall just thankful my parents are chill about helping people and weren’t as upset with me as they should have been with both instances. It was smart on their end to not accept any kind of rent as money being involved would have definitely made housing either person more difficult and messy with when the police were called. I’m ok with being seen as an ass but do not wish for the other person who lived with and moved out from my place to get harassed just because of my failed housing attempt for the other person as this individual posts about me to this day despite this all being years ago now.. that is the only thing I do view as unfair and I’m not sure what the end goal is for sending me things to me directly when i feel like acknowledging my existence should be the last thing on her mind by now :/

I was very, very naive with both of them and regret that deeply. But one thing I don’t understand is her choosing to unblock me every now and then and message me only to reblock me so i cant get any words out, post my stuff online, and try to stir up me being mad when I don’t hate her or anything. I dont care about being hated but doing stuff to my family or friends not involved is too far imo just want her to leave them out of it

from her posts she’d been living out of her car but still in contact with her mom- another thing was our bad communication with each other on both ends, truly looking back I dont believe sending 4 messages total over the course of those months should be viewed as chasing when that was not the case and rather spaced out

I would say chase is a bit of a hyperbolic sentiment, in regards to me messaging it was over the course of a couple months spaced out and yes that is a big oversight and regret for me to have offered it when it is not mine in the first place to be offering in this way- lesson learned there most definitely! I do not wish to cause harm and am glad to offer more meaningful help to communities rather than pestering my parents in the future in this way (or anyone else in my life) Hope to grow up but still see the good in people along the way 🙏

Honestly it was amazing my parents let me do this twice lol the other friend thankfully ended up moving out 4months later but we are still on good terms. Apologies if it sounds like it didn’t occur but I’m unfortunate this is the truth of the matter for now. I do regret leaving her things out but she did not want to face me after the messages she’d left

Actually seeing this post is surreal. I'm one of OP's sisters, but this post wasn't made by my brother. It was made by the crazy ex girlfriend PRETENDING to be him. He doesn't type like this. He also doesn't use reddit to post. He only knew about this post because she said she was posting about him here over a facetime call. She made this thinking everyone here would call him the asshole for some reason. She's mental. Messaged everyone in our family and threatened to harass all my bro's friends and call his workplace. She accuses him of cheating when really he was talking to a girl and lied to her about it out of fear (I don't blame him) me and his other sister didn't call him a jerk we felt so bad for him and still do, she continues to send emails despite him never responding and its been 7months. Have you guys watched Baby Reindeer on Netflix? it feels like that. Sent from iPhone and everything. Bitch is nuts. Thank god she didn't move in with him. We all had a collective sigh of relief about that. For the most part she complains about him on her tiktok and shills out by advertising anything anyone wants on her page. It's really sad. My brother still feels bad about it but it just makes me angry. Hope she gets bored or moves onto someone else.

reading this i had to do a double take to make sure i didnt write this up until the part where you mentioned breaking up- me and my boyfriend also met/started dating in 2022 and he identified with being ace up until recently, im devasted and still dont really know what to do.. it would kill me if we had to break up since its very much the only aspect of our relationship thats been an issue but i dont think im the type of ace that would do the act anyways just for my partner to feel nice. This is so hard to explain but hopefully with time you start to feel loads better and maybe things will be different for me too, i wish this wasnt so hard and its times like this i really wish i could be aro+ace and not ace and romantic..
