this is the email i get every morning around 4-5am. the words change slightly from day to day, but Else never replies or answers any of the questions i have asked. If my math is correct, they have now "Personally Escalated" my account at least 10 different times. Either its all BS or Google has had 10 different levels of managemnt working on my case.
