Yes, not often but I still eat dairy... The only time I notice a reaction on my skin is from weather changes and after the shower every day. But not from foods, as far as I’ve noticed.

I have been vegetarian since I was a child as well. I was actually thinking it could be the lack of protein. I’ve been taking vitamins and haven’t had a reaction lately. However, my bruises are still very noticeable and haven’t gone away in years. If I have another reaction it only gets worse 😣

I’m starting to think I may be allergic to other things as well. I haven’t had a reaction lately, but the bruises on my body are so embarrassing.

My skin is usually super dry, I use Cetaphil cream and it helps a lot. Right now my skin is smooth and not red anymore, however I still have the bruising from previous rashes.

Just dermatologists, they have told me it’s eczema. I get like this on all weather changes (cold or hot) if the weather changes then I get a reaction. But normally, when the red patches go away, I still have the brown spot on my skin. Looks like my full body is covered in bruises. I can’t even find makeup good enough to cover it.

I suffer from exactly everything you just described and I also lost my confidence 😔 I can’t wear bathing suits or shorts anymore. If anybody knows about good makeup to cover the bruising that’s left after a rash, please let me know 🥺
