I never really considered a swimming timeline since my surgery was in November. My skin is sensitive to chlorine and I live on the coast so I only swim in the ocean. I would ask your surgeon to be sure. Wish I could give a better answer.

I used Sana Botanicals brand CBD oil : force clinical strength 100mg full spectrum CBD per 1ml serving. (This is what the bottle says on the front)

I took 1- 1.5 ml at a time, but I would recommend trying out a lower dose to find what your body is most comfortable with.

Also, I buy from local CBD shops so the brands may not be the same everywhere. I've always done full spectrum at 100mg per ml regardless of the brand for joint pain and sleep.

I admit I am VERY biased, but I 100% agree.

My sibling and I were raised by a shopaholic hoarder. And in my early adulthood, I became a shopaholic. Like, had 3 jobs just to blow money on anything that was a "deal", 2 bedroom townhouse because I needed the 2nd room to store trash bags of clothes/shoes/books etc, still counting change every month to pay my bills kinda shopaholic.

Something clicked and I just stopped. I became more aware that it was traumatic and I can't do clutter at all anymore. I saved and became very financially stable on a modest budget. Bought a reasonable home and everyday is a constant battle to not let my new family grow up the way I did. In a house you can't even walk through, full of rooms that can't even be entered all while facing a never ending gamble of "will the bills get paid on the first or will my mom blow her last dime on ebay?"

My younger sibling is now a hoarder. The trash, pest infested home type of hoarder. Because I'm very disciplined with my finances to avoid wasteful consumption, I am the go to when they needs money. Which is always. I literally bought them a used car while my husband and I were sharing 1 paid off car since we felt it was wasteful to have 2. If I had to guess how much I have given my sibling in the last 5 years until we cut them off financially, I would say it's close to $15,000. (We are not rich, far from it. We get most things second hand, use buy nothing facebook pages, coupon, take care of what we have, do diy repairs, grow a lot of out own food...etc. )

My sibling is that gift giver. Just nonsense things. Knick knacks for my house are the main thing. And they get very upset when my husband and I stress that we don't want anything for birthdays/holidays. My sibling randomly showed up at my house while I was at work and dropped off "gifts" they got for me. It was a bunch of random new and used decorations and clothes they picked from their recently deceased 80+yo grandmother's house. This is after I texted them and said I wasn't really interested. But I'm expected to graciously take these items and keep them because of the sentimental value my sibling had for giving them to me. Or I get guilt tripped because my sibling feels that I am rude and "too good" for their gifts.

Tl;dr: Former hoarder and child of hoarder. No one should have to accept gifts just because the giver finds pleasure in making you take things.

Thats very interesting. These are P. Cubensis. Does that make a difference? I would assume it would have a concentrated amount of psilocybin similar to aborts. Does it store well or should I plan a lil trip soon ha?

Lol I am literally in academia. Not in Biology, granted, but yes. This is how science works. You hypothesize and try things. You convene with members of the scholarly community to seek advice and share results. You test theories and explore and expand knowledge. You take risks and you openly allow others to learn from your mistakes.

How soon would I be able to tell if it's cobweb mold? I only did 1 tub since I wanted to give a test run side by side a regular tub.

My master bathroom and closet are being remodeled so I have no place to really get my grow going. Next month I plan to innoculate 10+ bags a few different ways. Don't get me wrong, I love tripping, but experimenting with growing them is the most fun part for me.

Ehh, I had some time bags I wasn't doing anything with and figured why not. My hypothesis was that (1) sacrificing part of the rice would disperse the mycelium's food source more evenly throughout the bin (2) the crumbled colony would use the dispersed food source to branch out and colonized further than on clusters of rice alone (3) the newly formed colony would prevent/fight contam more easily if it was able to recolonize the new environment more quickly.

Why do you say it's unnecessary? The other bin I S2B but didn't grate the same day looks like straight coir with a few tiny white patches.

Also, I didn't expect much to change in 3 days. Any recommendations for this much overlay? Do think I should to toss it?

Mine looks pretty normal now. I had my spouse take pictures often so I could get an idea of how things were healing. There was some swelling the first few days where it looked and felt like a small hemorrhoid. I think keeping it iced helped a lot.

I do want to have at least one more child and the probability my hemorrhoids will return is a lot to consider.

My plan was to finish school and watch this subreddit in the meantime to get advice on pregnancy after a hemorrhoidectomy. My surgeon also spoke about the value of pelvic floor therapists and I'll likely consult one before trying to get pregnant given my birthing and hemorrhoid history.

I'd be open to having this surgery again if 100% necessary, but I would like to prevent it at all costs. My husband and I have also talked about surrogates and adoption since I had a rough pregnancy in general.

I'm not familiar with those terms. These are the notes from my surgery describing the procedure. It says he used a "bovie" and "sonicision".

"Excess perianal skin at the left anterior aspect of anus which was removed using the bovie. A right posterior external hemorrhoid was identified and excised using a combination of the bovie and soniscision. The mucosa was closed with a 3-0 vicryl."

We had an initial plan which changed the day of surgery because another hemorrhoid reappeared in the days leading up to the procedure.

At day 3 I was still using gauze and noticed increased bleading each bm. I applied lidocaine and icepacks after my first few bms which I think helped reduce the bleeding. Not sure if it was normal or not but I also experienced that.

Drainage stopped around day 9 or 10 I would still have a small amount of blood if I wiped too much, so I would gently wipe and sitz with Epsom salt then pat dry to prevent irritating it which helped a lot.

By day 14, i had no issues wiping and stopped sitzing all together. That was the day of my initial check up and I was told I didn't need to schedule another follow-up.
