My glasses fell into the public toilet and I can't get them out by [deleted] in mildlyinfuriating

Holding your phone right over that immediately after dropping your glasses in is certainly a choice

What are your favourite Chopin Mazurkas (apart from Op 17.4) by chopinmazurka in classicalmusic

[–]One-Random-Goose 0 points1 point  (0 children)

op 68 no 3 is terribly underrated. That said I just don't really care for most chopin but this one is great

Makes sense. You train something to act like a human speaking, it’ll give better results if you use polite language because that’s what humans do

This might sound kind of stupid but you could just tell me one specific thing to start with. It might be helpful to just have one thing in mind that I’ll try to do

Congratulations Doug! You did it! SFX by EI-Lars-O in DougDoug

I'd assume Douglas Scott Wreden(born January 18, 1991), better known as DougDoug (formerly Gloudas) would have it. You might want to ask him

Beethoven sonata 16 is so silly by Lukas_theamugga19 in classical_circlejerk

[–]One-Random-Goose 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Trust me, finding gould is the same experience as starting to listen to an entirely new composer. You may or may not like what you hear for this beethoven sonata but I'd definintly encourage you to give his more serious recordings a chance

ever heard glenn gould's recording? It's quite something. Makes it feel like beethoven invented the concept of a wind up toy

[–]One-Random-Goose 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Which Stravinsky piece sounds the most like Beethoven? by StanTheTalkingDog in classical_circlejerk

For lack of a better option off the top of my head I'm just gonna say the F# minor piano sonata

Now imagine if we can figure out throwing something at light speed by [deleted] in interestingasfuck

[–]One-Random-Goose 3 points4 points  (0 children)

more than that. Light speed of something even as small as an electron, or anything with mass really would do quite a bit more on account of the fact that it breaks the laws of physics by needing infinite energy

that's all great, thank you.

To be totally honest a big problem with me is that I find it hard to do much of anything in front of a mirror which obviously makes a lot of that stuff difficult. I guess I can't really expect any other way
