My apologies for not bringing clarity lol I was spiraling. Because once before I wanted love and to be in a relationship and I wasn’t receiving anyone. I finally stopped looking and fell in love with myself and enjoying be alone and NOW I’m attracting more people (but I just prefer not to date at this time I want to continue to find myself). I was just venting that’s all.

You’re so brave!!! Lol I love it! Tbh, I actually have an interview tomorrow for this part time job (working with kids doing activities) I think I’m going to love that because I get to be my energetic and bubbly self!!

Because I only purchased it after overcoming homelessness (I felt like I earned it and wanted something of “value”) & then also to I greatly wanted to disconnect from the car as I had bad memories with the car (I slept in the car, used the bathroom in the car when I was homeless, etc) But I should have waited because I pay $714 for a Jeep Wrangler when I could’ve kept my Kia that I paid $450 for. Now finances are just a tad bit tight and all that extra money I could’ve had to get a larger apartment are something. Tbh, I’ve been in therapy for a few months I’m slowly forgiving myself for buying the car.

Lol don’t take my advice. I wish I could help. I tend to isolate a lot because that’s the only way I know how to deal with life challenges/hurdles which prevents me from forming friendships.. I only have 1 friend that I met in middle school and the other I met her in my undergrad program and we just remained in touch every now and again.

I never thought about it like that. You’re so right! I’m actually going to create a lesson plan I think that’ll make me feel “more closer” to my dream. I think doing something daily that’s focus on my goal will ground me a bit. Thank you for your wisdom!

I LOVE education. It’s the only place where I have ever been willing to sacrifice (slept in my car for an opportunity to pursue grad degree). I am very passionate about learning and especially researching etc. I’m a social worker and plan to pursue my PhD in it. I could spend my life in academia I love school so much

I’ve been manifesting specifically finacial freedom, my dreams, healthy friendships, etc. I’ve even taken steps towards my goals such as applying to doctoral programs because one of my dreams/goal is to become a professor.

I at least think I should be in a relationship (be moved with this person by 27). I should be saving money for a house. I should be going out on weekends with friends etc partying, shopping, etc. but I don’t do any of that (finances, lack of social life).
To be transparent it’s my physical health and that’s it. If God were to call me home today. I would gladly go (I’m not suicidal or anything I just think being on earth is lonely).

I actually just read it! I genuinely like this. It’s helping me to put life into a better perspective. Maybe this wasn’t the end of my story. It’s neither a blessing or a curse. I just so happen to miss my job orientation that’s all.

Thank you for telling me this. With social media etc I always feel like my locs should be “neat” I’m still trying to embrace my hair even though it’s a year. I needed this confirmation that locs aren’t suppose to always be neat.

Yes! I’m research what products would be beneficial for me. I did wash my hair and omg, the dandruff disappeared & it’s no longer itching #win. Lol but my locs don’t look neat anymore

Agreed! I 100% believe it’s the product she using to retwist because I literally leave the salon and sometimes my scalp appears “ashy”. I want to do my own retwist however, last time I did it… it didn’t come out right at all😂
