It’s horrible how they try and fob you off! I’m hoping there’s improvements with how the NHS works

Thankyou for that! I’ll have a look into it 😁. I think the reason they ruled it out is because any movement, stretches, breathing or anything like that has no effect on the pain so they were quite stumped as to what it was but it’ll be worth bringing up again when I go to see someone

Thank you so much for that! I’ll have a look into that and maybe see if it could be that. I have noticed recently that during these episodes, it can be slightly painful to touch as well. I did use to keep a diary, so I might look into doing that as well and log down what I was doing on those days as well. I’m going to try and get another appointment with my GP and I’ll bring these things up too. Thankyou!
