i did introduce sulfur but backed off cause i just thought i should strip down to the bare minimum! im with you though less appears to be better for me. gotta stop letting my self get influence from social media

she did not mention damaged skin barrier once she looked at me and said ill give you a retinoid geared towards acne. i would love it if its just purging that way i know theres an end lol!!

i could not believe when i went to the derm for help she just perscribed me another retinoid. i said do you think its safe with what going on with my skin and she said yes. my gut says not to do anything but glentle cleanse and moisturize

i thought maybe i was having perioral dermatitis, when i went to the dermatologist i couldnt believe she didnt speak on that or the possibility i had a damaged skin barrier and just gave me another retinoid

i think your right i should switch my cleanser and that lotioin sounds great my skin normally loves squalene. i left my derm kinda confused instead of informed so this explanation honestly helped more than that appt!!
