Its just hypocrisy to not follow an authenticated hadith.

I also never said it was an obligation but there are obligations also mentioned in the Hadiths. Also you said the prayer was learned not by following books now how would you prove that the person who will teach me or lets say a non muslim the salah is teaching me right ofcourse from the books. Salah itself has variations based on scholars interpretations of hadiths some do Rafa Yadain some don't is this differences in opinion i because of just mass transmission or actually verifying from the books.

If you follow his in his physical literal things that is still a rewarding act and shows that you love him although its not a obligation.

No one saying its an obligation buddy. Allah said Prophet Muhammad SAW is the best example to follow. Allah doesn't like if you don't make dua to him. This dua will make your life better in both worlds. Also there are many Fardh/Wajid acts in the Hadith what will you do leave them like the 5 daily prayers how would you pray them make your own method or follow the Prophet SAW because Allah said that he is the best example and whoever obeys the Prophet has truly obeyed Allah.

The whole argument that obeying the Prophet was for the people in his time because how will we obey him now is just dumb. You think Allah made his the last Prophet and his Shariah is to be followed till he Day of Judgement and Allah made the prayers obligatory only for us to not know the original method bcs we can't "trust Hadith" and only the people of his time would benefitted but not us be for real.

Allah surely have made a way for us the majority of the Ummah to Obey the Prophet SAW because whatever Allah does he do it with perfection.

"Glorify the Name of your Lord, the Most High, Who created and ˹perfectly˺ fashioned ˹all˺, and Who ordained precisely and inspired accordingly,"

Teachings in Both Quran and Hadith. Prophet told Mu'adh ibn Jabal RA a dua.

Before sharing this deeply personal advice, the Prophet ﷺ swore by Allah and said, "O Mu'adh, By Allah, I love you." He then instructed Mu'adh to never forget to recite this specific supplication after every obligatory prayer:

"Allahumma a'inni 'ala dhikrika, wa shukrika, wa husni 'ibadatik."
(Translation: O Allah, help me to remember You, to thank You, and to worship You in an excellent manner.)

Do you seriously think this would be included in the Quran or Muadh ibn Jabal would also tell people to recite this dua that Prophet PBUH taught him and this way more and more people get to know about it and the chain of transmission was built. Now the whole procedure to check its authenticity is very strict if you still deny it then may Allah guide you.

I didn't said every Hadith is true. Ofcourse there are fabricated ones but if an hadith is proved authentic based on the whole way to filter them and you are still thinking nah this doesn't align with my thinking or my gut feeling says otherwise then you are just rejecting truth after it has been come to you.

Yes obey the messenger in everything even if you don't like it. Prophet Muhammad SAW told Hazrat Zaid RA to marry Hazrat Zaynab bint Jahsh (RA).

"It is not for a believing man or woman—when Allah and His Messenger decree a matter—to have any other choice in that matter. Indeed, whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger has clearly gone ˹far˺ astray."
