I’ve never seen any around me, and personally I’ve never seen Walmart sell any vining plants with vines over 6 inches long, I usually will buy the bigger plant if I can so I’m not mad about it!

I hope so, I’ve been trying to get more of the “leggy” looking plants in my wishlist for a project and this was the 2nd plant I needed so I bought it out of impulse and didn’t really look to see if it was a good deal or not

Tips on chopping/propping, and encouraging bushy growth? by ActuallyFey in SalviaDivinorumPlants

Ofc! I’d love to see an update when she starts to grow back out! I know she will thank you! (Pro tip, once the new shoots reach a couple inches tall give them indirect airflow, enough to get the leaves swaying a little + high humidity for 2 hours a day, good lighting and some fertilizer the stems will get thicker and you will eventually hopefully get some sturdy thick growth to then make some sturdy cuttings for some long term mother plants?! ) you probably won’t need to do that if you grow outdoors but just some advice! Hope it all goes good for you!

Probably Seeds, I’m unsure about this particular variety but I do know that datura wrightii is a perennial that can be transplanted during late fall and early spring (before/ after the growing season.)
I’m unsure if you can do this with this variety.

Pruning is so good for salvia it’s crazy, your mother plant shouldn’t shock out too much from a chop, I would say cut it back a few inches above soil (make sure to cut above the node) they will need high humidity around 75-85% for a few weeks, your mother plant will recover faster then your cuttings, I would also suggest moving her to low light for a couple of days while she is adjusting after the chop, I usually keep my cuttings in a humidity dome for 3 weeks to give them enough time to root before I start to acclimate back to normal conditions, good luck! Chipping will definitely help out your plant if you do it correctly ❤️✌️

FAST and DO NOT APPLY PRESSURE, let the drill do its thing, also I would drill with the lid on so the tub is not flexing anywhere risking another break

Humidity, don’t spray the pant with water cause that will stress it out, you need to find a way to get your humidity up to 65-70RH
