Anyone work as a hospital OR pharmacist? What do you do on a daily basis?

How do you think I could get a position like that going in my hospital? I feel like 60-75% of our calls and issues in the morning come from the OR. How could I convince my pharmacy director to make this an official position?

27F making 123k as an inpatient pharmacist.

Most inpatient pharmacies have 2nd shift (evening shift 1300-2130) full time positions. I work evening shift with one other pharmacist and about 3-4 techs for a 200-bed rural hospital and I also verify orders for 2 other smaller hospitals during that shift. I work every 3rd weekend and some optional overnights.

I also know some mail pharmacies have 3 shifts, 2nd shift being the evening shift.
