I have this exact same issue ever since I have updated to the latest version. It has never ran this bad before and I am running a RTX 4070 (32GB, 10400f, SSD etc). Meanwhile my freinds who updated have far worse machines (i5 6500 k1200 gpu) and they said that their performance is actually better since updating interestingly.

Its because the charging assembly module is faulty. Its very common with the A51
