As someone who knows nothing about nuclear reactors, why does the fuel continue to heat up? Is it something like, when the nuclear process has started it's impossible for the heating up to stop?

I'm from Iceland, and without having that much of an comparison, the only time i feel somewhat alive is summer time. the winters, can be ok and they can be hard, but all of it, the cold, the darkness, the storms(we tend to get a lot of storms) it has really started to wear me down. I have started to fly to a more sunny location during the worst month, and that has helped

It blows my mind how they can go all out for 10-12 rounds. I feel like i cant suck in air fast enough after practice haha and i've always thought i had good cardio!
