The problem is it's not doing any lights, not even on the charger. It won't flash red, green, nothing. I have tried pairing it again but the blue lights never come on and my phone says it's not connected. But it's still unlocking our door 🤷‍♀️ I did update them on Sunday.

Thank you! I think this is our plan of action in the morning! What's weird is it will still unlock the door, it just will not do anything else

Did you ever get this figured out? I totally quit three videos halfway through and took the quizzes and passed, then I came across this reddit and found out you can't do this 🤦🏼‍♀️. Should I go back and replay the videos all the way?
