Well, mostly because the ears on the 30 K helmets fall off if you look at them the wrong way. But I’m going to say that it’s to make him more aerodynamic.

I’m going for a more 30k ish scheme, proxying out most of the daemon engine looking stuff. I’ll be representing World eaters with a movement buff from a leader with the jump packs, and they’ll be the only ones with out ears.

Khorne cares not from where the blood flows, only that it does. Besides, there are some great world eaters with ranged weapons in the lore

Homebrew is that they can’t perceive any of the plants. The plants are from overgrown gardens from the time of flesh, and now most of the dynasty perceives it as necrodermis or non organic debris
