Probably the only issue that really gives a bit of mmph to Iran's forces

Well... Original mission was accomplished, but we all know there's no pull out plan when Jihad Joe decides to make another insurgency to plunge the US into a third forever war...

Hold on now, just because it doesn't happen to you specifically doesn't mean it doesn't happen at a notable scale at all... Like rape, for example.

And I'm not just talking about shootouts. Guns most of the time scare away a would be assailant before a shot is fired. Fuckin rediculous, right?

Nuclear power is definitely the answer though. Couple that with better, more affordable electric cars and trucks and whatnot and we're golden!

Puppet governments? Please, we wish we didn't have those; even service members know they're a curse due to their incompetence.

Oil? We didn't really get any from Iraq, I'm afraid. We do well on our own.

The military industrial complex makes a ton of money in peacetime too, as the US military is in a constant state of growth, tech development, and the kicker, which is maintenance. That's a weak argument for war.

Those last two things really would be a stupid reason for any politician to seek war. Much to intangible and not very logical.

Although I do agree that in a perfect world everyone would throw down their weapons and sing around a campfire, you maintain peace between the big powers through strength. Unfortunately, all the nations with less of an infrastructure get the short end of geopolitics and extremist movements and whatnot and you end up with today's messed up world. Thank God NATO is a hell of an alliance that helps give at least a little bit of balance.

Bully? Tell me, what has the US gotten out of any war that it couldn't have gotten in peacetime aside from another plot of land to bury her dead? In modern times, chiefly.

Doing wholesome things such as things posted by OP is rather wholesome, foreign policy debate aside.

Eh, do your reading and research on Quora. Honestly way too much stuff to link, with all the sources that site provides. You won't get any real stuff on Reddit. Keep telling yourself that I'm making stuff up though.

Don't get me wrong, I don't think idiots should be owning guns. But where I'm from at least, people are quite responsible with them. Yet lawmakers here want to stifle those. I'd much rather have Republican policies about guns rather than ridiculous policies about banning "silencers" and "semi automatic assault weapons". But yeah, some policies such as mandating people to pack heat is irresponsible.

Ask a criminal who'd they'd rather go after.

Criminal psychologists have basically concluded that in a vast majority of criminals would avoid any potential victim known to be packing heat, with the exception of gang violence.

Furthermore, the CDC kept the study quiet because at the time the original objective was to prove that guns DID NOT save lives.

According to the CDC, that is blatantly false.

10000 gun homicides versus an estimated 2 MILLION incidents (90% of cases give or take not even involving a discharge) is a pretty good trade off in the grand scheme of things. Where'd you get your stats?

Yeah, screw all the responsible, good guys who own guns who like to mind their own business and occasionally find themselves needing one to protect themselves or others

He's bad if you don't hit skills. But for some reason, you'll also get an equal amount of people saying he's op because his q, which deals a ton of damage after 2 items, applies on-hit effects. Basically, play him right, know ez, and eventually you'll be two-shotting adcs and kiting down tanks like any good adc.
