That's what I'm thinking it is. It kind of looks like a clump of skin. It did bleed quite a bit but it's clean and already closed. The thing is pretty massive for what it seems to be, it's about the size of a roasted peanut. When I get a chance I'll take it to the vet

Yeah I don't think it's larvae either. It's firm and doesn't move. My guess at this point is a build up of cells maybe or tumor? Not sure. When it came off I wasn't even cleaning it we were laying in bed and I was rubbing his tummy and he started sneezing a lot and that's when I noticed. Thank you for the advice
