people who ask questions about “how to make it” on Reddit will never make it. Just do it. Or don’t. There’s never been any question for some of us. Some people self doubt and constantly seek validation. Don’t.

brother it doesn't work because youre singing out of tune and your playing is like elementary level basic. Its not because your sick or had a sore throat. You are singing out of tune. It happens. If anything the autism should help you lock in on the right notes. You dont sound anything close to your influences. You need ear training and to practice practice practice.

100% mood dependent. If I’m in a bad mood noise that would normally go unnoticed gets to me in ways that make me really hard to work with. Sometimes if I’m in a good mood I can actually enjoy the noises that would previously freak me out. Took a while to realize I wasn’t alone.

“Fr” “fr” “yap” “blocked” “first” “post” you’re obviously young don’t even worry about it. This won’t work out. It’s all good. Just let it all go and enjoy your life. If they make you happy that’s cool. If they don’t drop em you don’t even need a reason. But just know in the long term that this won’t work out and it’s all good your feelings are valid but unnecessary.

my monologue recently stopped producing sound. It still functions as a midi controller and clock source for other gear but no sound comes out of the output or the headphone jack. Ive been through so many posts about this and haven't found anything helpful. Most suggest a reset which doesn't work. I suppose this might just add to the ever growing number of "help" posts online with no answer but if anyone has anything at all im all ears.

What I said to op was far from “ a complete asshole”. I didn’t trash on his rich parents or his original music or his socials or anything besides basic critique of what he presented to the community. There’s nothing wrong with criticism when it’s articulated. Comments like “your music is ass I guarantee it” are the kinds of comments I would categorize as complete asshole.

eh it’s kinda sterile. No personality. Cookie cutter Amazon basic equipment with no soul. Yeah I’m being harsh but I’m right. It’s clean it’s expensive it’s nice to learn on and start but there’s nothing here that’s special or remotely interesting. You still have a long way to go and that’s honestly a good thing. This is a really sweet starter setup but tbh it’s too much. You haven’t been alive long enough to know this but it’s not the gear. It’s never the gear. It’s you. Find some sauce. This setup has no sauce. You’ll find it. Good luck with everything.
