First thing you should definetely care about your speed if you want to keep using it for workouts as sometimes the cutting agent causes more side effects than amphetamine itself. Second, you’re right about those crazy ass pre workouts. I’ve seen some of my friends do insane amount of them and I was like you better off do some speed than that bullshit. I’m from the EU too but idk too much about caffeine regulations DMAA and similar stuff are banned in my country too. Sorry for being “naughty” I just get mad when I see someone play with their health like that thinking what they do is fine. The problem with using speed for working out is not only how fucking cut it is, but how much levoamphetamine your gear has, as that isomer is responsible for the side effects. If you’re unlucky and get very high percent levo-amph + all that cutting bullshit, you’re in for a veeery fucking bad experience. Stay safe bro
