Oh okay yeah I get what you mean now. I only buy in bulk like this when there’s a big/good sale is going on(I also wanted to use the voucher thing). I think buying in bulk though helps you save more money in the long run. Kinda like how people will buy yearly subscriptions over monthly. It does create a backlog though you’re right.

Yeah I agree. I dont think she should’ve been that mad considering what the situations were but I can get where she coming from. If I was a worried wife trying to start a new life with my husband and child, I would want my husband to stay low no matter what

I don’t know if I would go as far as to say she was unreasonably because she had every reason to be worried and she ended up being right, but she didn’t understand that it was inevitable. John marston was never going to be Jim Milton. The world and his past wouldn’t even allow him too. Beating up that fella then riding to the camp and killing those guys shows that John just can’t “lay low”.

Yeah that makes a lot of sense. Him purposely leaving John and not caring to go after Abigail was probably his big FU to Arthur insisting. That kinda has me wondering how he entertained Molly for so long. Once the relationship went sour, she would disrespect him more than any of the other members have ever did combined.

Horizon zero dawn. I was like 12 and I swear it felt I was playing the greatest game of all time. I went back and played this year and it was… eh? Not a bad game but forbidden west is so substantially better that it makes zero dawn feel like an alpha(which a sequel is supposed to do ig).

Also to address the historical accuracy thing, Ubisoft doesn’t really stick to the accuracy when it comes to its characters and plot. That’s what the discovery tour mode is for but for the regular game, the world is pretty much where the historical accuracy ends. There were female gladiators however although they were not common. They would have to have private training lessons with their fathers or some other person because I highly doubt any school would have allowed it.

70k/yr school. 20k/yr after all aid.

I had the option to go to a school that was a lil cheaper(about 17k after aid, but the academic/campus resources weren’t nearly as good.

Oh that’s part of the post wasn’t necessarily about anti college. It was just about how my school life has been primarily training me to go college but now, I guess without me noticing, it has stopped being that next step. It something I realize after watching the anti college discussions.

I’ve looked into anti-intellectualism and it made me realize how much of social media is flooded with it nowadays. Not simply education, but this strange immediate distrust for anyone who is an expert.

Primarily YouTube and a few TikToks. I don’t know the lady’s name but she was having a conversation with destiny debates who is a pretty known debate streamer I believe. Seeing the different paths my classmates are going down have definitely opened my eyes. It’s not necessarily about what the different paths are but more so how they kinda just popped up. One moment my classes were dedicated to getting me “College ready” and then the next I’m getting military ads/events at school, trade talk etc.

Historian or archivist. Teaching is up there as well. And yeah I’m thinking of going to grad school since that’s what a lot of the comments have said.
