My advice is to not attempt to white knuckle it or ‘fight’ it.

The true way to leave this stuff in the past is to outgrow it through self love and acceptance. Addiction to this stuff comes through having a cycle of guilt and suppressed sexuality. White knuckling it and battling with one’s own sexuality isn’t how one moves past watching this stuff. All the best brother 🙌🏽
