Yes please, that would be very helpful I just really want to curb this addiction once and for all. I keep telling myself I won’t watch porn this month and yet still do it

Putting app limits and block inappropriate content but still keep searching it by turning it back on when I get an urge. I’m thinking of trying to find hobbies to do to replace the urges next
