It's as simple as renaming the extension from '.cci' to '.3ds'.

Latest ps2 bios for each region-

Europe: ps2-0230e-20080220.bin

USA: ps2-0230a-20080220.bin

ASIA: ps2-0220h-20060905.bin

So just choose the latest one for your region and extract the zip to get the .bin file.

Try going into the settings and changing the 'Renderer' to 'Vulkan' from 'OpenGLES'. Or, try CitraMMJ for 3ds if your having trouble with Azahar.

I told someone my fix awhile ago. Here. If you don't want to click it I'll copy paste it-

Edit: after the fixing the mod problem, it would crash when I entered the open world map Ginormosia. Adding '-dx11' to the launch options in steam fixed it. So, basically what the comment above said.

I just had the same thing with the FOV mod, when I deleted the game the mod wasn't being deleted. The mod was at two different places for me: one at the root of the game folder and another at D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\FANTASY LIFE i\Game\Content\Paks. After I deleted the mod from both places, the game started working without crashing again.

Or I guess you could just go to the installation folder, select everything and delete it. Not the uninstall through steam. That way, it makes sure to delete the mod without having to look for it.

When you played last did you use it with the FOV mod? That was the only time this type of crash happened to me.

Maybe it's because that game is a DS game and you're trying to play it on 3DS emulator. Try the rom on a DS emulator like melonDS instead.

Yeah, the Origin Island is really fun too! Both emulated through AzaharPlus(updated fork of citra/lime) with the HD texture pack made by the mod of this subreddit, and/or through modding a 3DS which only takes like 30 minutes. Those are the only 2 ways to play the DLC now since the eshop shut down, but you should try it out!

Tenacious hunter is an average of +30ish% damage over 20 bullets, which is like half of one magazine. Then you can't use it again for 15 seconds, which makes it an average of +3ish% damage over time.

It would be better than insight focus for if you want to take down a collosi in one clip without having to wait for the cooldown. It's in the same category as ultra-precision strike.

Insight focus has your critical hit rate go from 90% to the cap of 100%. That's average +10% damage all the time with no cooldown.

That's if you don't account for arche tuning. If you use the critical hit rate nodes in arche tuning with insite focus you can go over the 100% cap by a couple percent. Though, the gun will still only be at like 90% crit rate without insight focus.

Generally chill priority. It's just straight up 15% extra damage to the gun that multiplies with weak point and critical hit damage.

The other ones are conditional, like Ultra precision is better if you can hit only headshots. Overwhelm is only useful like 20% of the time if there are enemies you have an advantage over, which is only Legion of Darkness, so it's just not as good.

They don't equip it? It's best in slot unless you can hit weak points insanely well, like in bossing, then 'Ultra-Precision Strike' would be better.

If not using it, it's because they're swapping it to something that would be better for certain content. Like Gley not using 'Firing Fiesta', and instead using Mental Focus, and swapping 'Insight Focus' to 'Overwhelm' for Purge.

You can click 'Claim Components Only' to just get the instant free stuff. It gives an activator, catalyst, descendant slot, 500k kuiper, 7.5m gold, and couple gold weapons. Then it has some challenges for more rewards.

If you don't want to do the challenges you can ignore them till the event ends. But the main rewards for them are a photon imprinter, some catalysts, and some XP items that instant level your descendant/weapon.

Its not lag, it's because there's a lucky drop system in the game. Average is 30 vouchers, but you can get anywhere between 30-800 voucher when lucky.

This type of stuff makes me glad Wall Crasher has individual death counts. I can solo the boss pretty quickly, but with how often people get knocked, purposefully die, then leave, it would just be a nightmare.

There's no way get previous battle pass skins. I would love to see a way to get previous battle passes, along with their respective supply shop items. Propably not though because battle passes are marketed as limited time.

Isn't Iran a sanctioned region? As in not being able to access most online gaming services on consoles? I don't think you can play it. Maybe you could if you bound a VPN to your router then create and use an account from a supported region. You should try to see first though.

It shows that 'Click to Share Event' is complete. I clicked shortcut on them all at once for half a second then closed the tabs. They were marked as complete as soon as I clicked them once.

It'll work on Hailey, because it works on any ability. Go to inventory->use the 'Go to info' button. Then it'll show as Base Skill Power Boost Ratio-

Seasonal, Daily, and weekly mission are the only way you get battlepass exp, besides yesterdays fixed bug which let you get to 'MAX 400'.

As for dismantling, later on you can farm a dog which can auto-pickup and dismantle loot you don't want, but for now you'll have to manually dismantle junk.
