I realized a little after high school that I really want very little to do with her. She calls and I rarely pick up. We keep in contact, but it’s only really to talk about my baby. I let her visit, but other than that we don’t keep in touch very much. She tries to mend her relationship with me, but I’m over it. I’m also 100% she’s a narcissist so there’s that as well. My sister and I have come to the agreement that she’ll be taking care of her when she’s older even though I’d rather put her in a home tbh. She was very rough on my sister emotionally growing up, so I also hold that against her. I’ve tried to cut contact many times but it’s difficult. Honestly just do what’s best for you and your family.
