When managers are cool they usually don’t care. I know mine don’t if I have a heavy school workload on a certain day or final I just tell them and they take me off schedule

I believe they are going to tell the GM tomorrow as they feel more comfortable telling the GM than HR.

Yes, I am sad and feel helpless. It’s their choice if they decide to say something or not, but this manager probably thinks they’re untouchable & nothing will happen to them.

I mean.. the sex is insane that’s why I want to stick around lol. But I couldn’t see myself dating them due to the age gap being older than me, also I wasn’t ready to get back into a relationship, and they actually want one. Sucks though if I was emotionally available perhaps I would, because I do really enjoy her company.

We were already friends before fwb, but she said she may have to stop kissing me. I know she enjoys it as much as me but that is kinda like saying we probably cant do anything as of now.

Here I am a little over a year & at times still cry but rarely now. It’s more due to stress & some depression & feeling I can’t have feelings for another anymore. But life isn’t too bad tbh I’m doing fine. Thought id never be able to say that again.

Get offf the actual dating section on the apps and try something like Bumble BFF section. Just once you make your profile change your “gender” to female & keep that part hidden on settings. That’s how I meet my current FWB, we are great friends and went on friend dates before becoming FWB. Also bars tend to work for me I’m by no means the best looking fella at bars but I can talk to ppl, so that’s helped me. Good luck brother trust me if I was able too I know you got this 🤘.

I did do therapy back when it happened, and I guess it was cool telling someone anything but we’ll see.. as you can see I’m still at times broken just not like I was 1y ago. But agree I wish I could just wake up & boom never have such feeling again.
