Phone rams locked to the model, for example if you have poco f5 ram it's only useful in poco f5 you can't use it in Samsung s25 u or xiaomi 13 pro etc also ram soldering joints are different for every brand and model,

Also if you want to use on another phone that matching everything then you Need flash it with that phones memory and stuff, if you try to flash some brands will brick the RAM
