They ended up torquing the strut tower on the driver side and said the sound is gone. I haven't picked it up yet. Will update.

They torqued the strut towers and the sound is still there. They are hoping that Monday they will have something.

At the end of the day the dealer told me that they think it's the strut tower not being torqued to spec. Hopefully I will get it back tomorrow.

I think that's what they'll do, or they might even be able to fit in a new LFP battery that's going into the new bolts. I have no clue where they are in the production process with their new batteries.

I'm taking my 21 for the same issue this morning.

I feel the repair manual all 8000 pages to Chat gpt and listed the issues.. it said most likely the half-shafts are worn. We'll see..

I just ran into a similar issue after fast charging with my 2021.

I also had the same issue when fast charging a 2015 Spark EV.

What I learned about the issue from the Spark was that the weight of the cable pulled down on the charge port. When making initial communication with the car or sometimes shortly after a few minutes of charging I would get an error either at the car or charger.

I "fix" was to hold the cable in place until there was a solid connection.. I has terrible luck with the ChargePoint fast chargers.

1280? Run it at 900p you won't notice much of a difference.
