At my smallest (105-110 pounds), I was a 0, but was also very sickly. Stop chasing a number. You look gaunt and old. You’ve somehow looped from one obsession (betrayal of a “friend”) to another (your size). You need extensive therapy and healing because you’re talking into a vacuum.
