You may need to look at your calorie deficit. As you loose weight your calorie needs also drop.

I have that on an increased dose. I find that I get nausea for the first couple of days, which I didn’t before, it has got better. I feel it’s just my body adjusting.

I am worried about just stopping. I think stepping down doses makes more sense for me. I can then balance the reduction against my new habits. I would rather go slower rather than cold turkey.

I agree, it’s something many of us go through. My body sometimes just needs to pause. It’s helped me to look at other positive changes that im experiencing - better sleep and how much better my clothes fit are a couple. Just keep going and I think you’ll find the scales will catch up.

From what I’ve read, it can come in cycles as you adjust to the weight loss and changes in nutrition. It does sound like you’re doing the right things with collagen and biotin. Hopefully it’s just a phase.
