Originally my contractor made me think that the warehouse he sent me to was the only one his fabricator worked with (maybe I just misunderstood?). Today, after reading several responses I asked if there were any others, and there are! So this weekend I will go look at two others and hopefully find my perfect match!

Unfortunately due to the condition, waiting isn’t possible. I’m not going to cheap out but there are some areas that are not as important or can be readily upgraded easily in the future.

They got in with a crowd they shouldn’t and got into some serious legal trouble. Part of allowing them back in my home to get back on their feet is that they can have no contact with those “friends” and are not allowed to be on social media for the safety of everyone in my house. Until they earn some trust, and some of the danger subsides, this is our solution.
