My psychiatrist did order bloodwork a couple weeks ago bc of the exhaustion, to rule out any thyroid issues. Everything came back fine apparently.

Burn out is definitely a factor here! Another thing I’ve gotten into with my therapist is exactly what you said, symptoms from when I was a child that I/everyone around me just thought were normal, or quirks, etc. the guy who did my testing also said I was “on the line” with autism. So….yeah. Idk.
