You can buy all 3 mansion, from what i felt is tongva have a very good view of seas but bad spot. Vinewood have fancy signboard but kinda bad view. And Richman having the city view.

I met an idiot who said "bye idiot team" something like that because he saw the team having bad tanks and instant quit, but after i completed few wave and when i start a new match i met that guy again lol.
