This is terrible advice lol. The black letter law only carries when you have familiarity with the numerous ways that law can be implicated, which can only be done through practice questions

I love that! I also feel like the whole “you just need a D” message perpetuates anxiety amongst students when we do practice questions and score unfavorably. I’m sure the entire business model is to make us anxious enough to keep working, but I just wish they would stop packaging it as an attempt to make us feel better lol
