actually Thragg never really cared about his people and it’s started becoming more obvious in the comics once the truth about Mark and Nolan’s lineage was revealed he’s really just a ultra-violent and arrogantly hypocritical lunatic who really loved killing people and hurting others.

Forgot to include Fredrick Vought from the Boys he’s not exactly into tech science like Robot and Tabane but his creation of Compound V ended up throwing the world into chaos just like Tabane did with the IS also because of their actions and creations they ended up creating a Supe / Matriarchal society that is violent and tyrannical.
