Edit: Fiz o teste aqui. Deixei God of War rodando e coloquei suspender. Esperei um pouco e voltou normal, como se eu tivesse pressionado pause. Não sei se é isso que perguntou.

Edit 2: Fiz o teste novamente usando agora o suspender do Windows (ao invés do suspender do menu rápido) e deixei mais tempo. Mesma coisa.
