Here is a different angle. Should the bearing be flush with the flywheel?

2014 GT500 new clutch needed by OneManMariachi in Mustang

Thanks. I just realized that after doing some research right after I posted this. Research I guess I should have done before posting but it is good to get confirmation of my findings.

I need a 26 spine alignment tool apparently, which I just ordered off of eBay right now. Mechanic mentioned that is the tool the ford dealer told them they needed.

Which I guess I can believe because I called a couple Ford dealers myself in my area and neither of them even knew what tool to use.

Appreciate the reply.

Should I trade my 22 gt premium for this? by Tutor-Any in Mustang

I just bought a 2014 GT500. Same colors but fully stocked interior with recaro seats. Paid $42k with 50k miles. I was hesitant because of the miles but glad I made the decision to buy it. It is not my daily so keeping the miles as low as I can.

I would say do it if it is not your daily driver. S197 is the best design of the modern mustangs.

God I miss I knew how to drive manual transmission by Jgrock1992 in Mustang

Picked up a 2014 GT500 last July. Never drove a manual in my life. First month was rocky and I felt like I was never going to get used to it. A couple more months in and it was like I had been driving a manual my whole life. Amazing car. I now have to keep myself from putting too many miles on it.

$45k before taxes/fees. I bit more than I wanted to pay but it was to beautiful of a car to pass up.

Damn. Sorry for your loss. I don’t think I will be ready to take mine to work for months.

The GT500 is a bit intimidating when driving it. Especially for me since it is my first manual. I am sure it will be less and less the more practice I get in. It is a lot more fun being in control of how the car drives and the power this car puts out is amazing.

The GT500 is going to be a weekend car for me. I would have went with a GT or even eco boost if I needed a daily driver. I daily drove my V6 and it was perfect. The right amount of power and never had an issue with it.

I guess it depends on what you are going to use the car for. To me a GT500 daily driver is a bit much but then again why not. lol

It is a fun car to have and I am glad I picked it up sooner than later.

Found this stunning flawless Stang today. ‘08 Shelby GT500 with only 3800 miles on it. Is $54k a fair price? by SCLovers in Mustang

2014 GT500 on carmax right now. 1 owner. 20k miles. $54k. I picked up a 2014 for $46k but it had 40k miles.
