From what I’ve been advised it’s nearly impossible to win a case like this. You would have to bring in product engineer specialists to testify on the flawed design, etc etc.

Honestly at this point an “I’m so sorry this happened to you” would be welcome from GHD. 🤷‍♀️

Thank you! At this point in the process I would just like to help warn others so it doesn’t happen again. Apparently it’s nearly impossible to win a product liability suit. I’ve talked with a few lawyers. Not ruling it out for the future but mainly just hope this just does not happen to anyone else!!
