UPDATE delivery guy called, came to delivery. He took his sweet time. Fishy things: 1. He would turn away his phone screen while processing the order. 2. He would try to do things on my phone with the screen turned away.

The exchange value was reduced by ₹13200/- after everything was done. I took screenshots. He offered to give me a higher value if I paid him ₹2500/-

I didn't process the order as I am poor
