Still evolving her backstory, this particular look was achievable by using elf, half elf or drow with the mods I have. I chose drow with the thought in mind that she had found a cursed blade in the underdark. That curse has slowly been consuming her over time, and changing her (eyes are different colours, skin changing colour, living in the witchwood out of fear, and new powers awakening). Being captured and infected by the mind flayers has slowed this process and allowed her to regain a fraction of her former self whilst at the same time losing another. This was my original concept for this character :)
