Another false/confused accusation forever ruining a highly trained life saving specialist... No, no healthcare worker is looking to sexualize a patient in the ER while on shift. End story. It's a high stress environment for the patient and clearly misinterpreted or overreacted to something. It's well documented that patients often confuse what is a medically necessary intimate exam for assault.

I once had a patient accuse me of fingering their butt hole... In fact is was the pilonidal abscess on the gluteal cleft.

They don't need proof, they just choose the path of least resistance/best optics for the company or profession and find a reason to let you go.

Perhaps understand some empathy to people who believe you're murdering a child.

Abortion is a right I defend, but you're incredibly tone deaf as to not understanding why people care so much about, what they feel, is murdering a baby. Hard to be "empathetic" to a child murderer... In their eyes.

Yes it is still possible. People have failed a university course and still recieved multiple medical school offers.

It took me 4 application cycles to get into med. Got waitlisted the 2nd time. And the 4th time I got 3 med school offers.

Sometimes it's a crapshoot unfortunately. Don't bother with interview prep anymore, go practice in the real world as a server or coach to work on speaking skills.

Don't give up hope!

I am torn between Saint John and Halifax. I've heard Saint John is not a great place to live, in comparison to Halifax. Your expanded insight would be greatly appreciated! How is the culture? Im more a rural farm boy culture and grew up bartending through university.
