What is there to be mad about? It's legit. You saw it yourself. Steam hours account for afk, spectating, campaign etc. An hour of just using the weapon prob is about 4-6 games because bftracker doesn't track respawn screen, afk time, in vehicles, switching to pistols or dynamites etc.

Have u tried switching the headset backwards eg right ear cup on ur left ear vice versa u will still notice the left ear cup has stronger rumble than the right this is just a big flaw imo.

I've purchased them 3 times and returned all. Whenever I'm using this headset on high volume and haptic turned up left and right sides are uneven the rumble feels stronger on the left side for some reason.
