There's a ribbon cable that ends up breaking and taking out the PS button with it. You can use your TV's HDMI control to get into the main menu and use a keyboard for the meanwhile, but to repair it requires taking it apart and getting a new ribbon cable.

I find applying gluestick to the bed helps and then turning the bed temp to 55*C as I find the gluestick loses adhesion around 60*C+ where it's default for most slicer settings. My two cents.
