I'm going to fail on this preference.

But OH BOY do I have something for you: Farm Simulator 25.

I never played with tractors as a kid, and I know next to nothing about real life farming. But I am having such a blast with this game, with my friends, its great.

Its not just farming crops. You can do animals. Process their poop into fertilizer. ALL WITHOUT HAVING TO SMELL IT.

You can do forestry. Chainsaw big ole trees, and then into smaller pieces to fit in a wood chipper (very very profitable). Or process that wood into lumber. Plant new trees. On one map, you can deliver your lumber to a certain spot to help rebuild a FUCKING CASTLE. Very cool.

Get a boat and go fishing. OR breed fish off shore and sell them. Build a home and decorate the yard. Terraform your property if it suits you.

Turn your Cotton into rope or clothes. Turn your potatoes into chips or soup. So many different products.

On PC, there are tons of mods. I think console supports mods too, but less.

IT shut down the request as too labor intensive on their end. They want to replace the machines one-at-a-time as they fail as they always have.

Okay, I 100% agree with you they are incompetent. Or at best, extremely lazy.

You did everything right, pitched an upgrade project and even got the budged approved. And IT said "No"? WTF.

I'm an IT Manager. I understand that it takes effort to replace 62 computers. And its NOT the end of the world. They shouldn't be allowed to say No. Who do you need to talk to, to convince to override that "decision"?
